It's with a heavy heart I report Niko, a dog The Savior Foundation was helping care for, has passed away. The Calloways came to the humane society looking for help. They were looking for help but did not want to surrender their dog. I saw Niko and knew that he needed help right away. We set up the needed help for Niko that very day. Niko lost his fight this past Sunday, God took Niko into his arms. I know Nikos spirit is with God because Niko gave such unconditional love to the Calloways. There are no words for me to say that can fill that void for them, only know that I too feel your loss and sorrow.
