DELAY ON SPAY/NEUTER ORDINANCE FINAL VOTEÂ
Though the city council agenda indicated they would "VOTE TO ADOPT" at the 2nd READING tomorrow, we now understand that they will not actually do that.   Â
They have explained that they will go to a 3rd reading and the "VOTE TO ADOPT" (or not) will take place then.
  I am so sorry for everyone (including myself) who made plans to leave work early  tomorrow  to attend.

So, the vote will take place at the 3rd (and final) reading and we do not yet have the date for that.

We will notify everyone of the 3rd reading date as soon as we know to give you as much time as possible to plan for the date.

PLEASE remember the need for you to attend the 3rd
(and final) reading will be CRITICAL.
